Cameron Laidlaw is the Head Chef at Edinburgh’s Seasons Restaurant. Seasons is one of Scotland’s most exciting no menu restaurants inviting diners to choose their culinary preferences from a list of seasonal ingredients sourced from Scotland and Scandinavia, where they take much of their cooking influence from. And dessert is no exception with Cameron and chef Sam skilfully creating your bespoke dish from the choice of everything from fresh fruits, berries, herbs, spices, chocolate, cream and honey.
