It is open to both amateur and professional bakers to design and create a cake that celebrates Scotland.
Now could be your chance to shine and show off your skills! Your cake could be on display at the show for visitors to admire, and the winner will be announced at the show. The photo of the winning cake will be featured on our social media pages and on our website- and of course there will be a prize!
Entrants who are selected to display at the show will also get 4 FREE tickets to the show, so you can bring your family and friends along!
