After weeks of preparation and some tough competition, our judge, presenter of Channel 4's 'Extreme Cake Makers' Rosie Cake-Diva, took on the challenge of picking a winner of our I Love Scotland Competition today!
The competition was held to celebrate Scottish culture and tradition, and our entrants rose to the occassion magnificently!
Competition entrants were judged on their skill and creativity. Rosie spent hours carefully looking at each cake to study to detail, design and skill and it quickly became clear this wasn't going to be an easy task!
Despite so many fantastic original designs across all cakes, the winner was chosen.

A congratulations is also in order for our second place prize winner, Marie-Clare Cake Design for her entrry 'Myths of the Loch'!
And well done to our third prize winner, Little Red for 'The Hebrides'!
